Went out with Bigbo yesterday on his boat out of Scituate Harbor. We had a nice day. I really wish I had my camera, because there were some real nice senare out there!!This was my first time in that area. He took me to all his best spots (I Hope??) But we were only able to get 1 bass (me) and one dog fish (him). But had a blast anyway.
Thanks Bigbo!!
Now I wish my daughter new how to use the camera!! And I wish I had looked at the pic before I cut up the fish :smash: fish was 44" and only 28 # seems light for that size??

You look like you have a caffeine deficiency :)

There are NO FISH anywhere from Hull to Marshfield, people should just give that area up :rollem: ...

Glad you had some fun!

Yea think about it, There no fish ? They are moving and there is not that many around. But if you are in the right place at the right time you will find a few still around!
What am I holding ?? A pig?

He He... "A Pig":laughs:
Notaro, the boss is just bitter because his favorite spot has forsaken him.:D
Funny thing is John, that fish was taken very close to your spot.:uhuh: I'll say no more about it though in case you're not ready to give up on it. There were Dolphins swimming around there so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the lack of fish.
Notaro, some days you get into them, some days you don't. I mostly like getting out there and trying at least and it's always a bonus when you do get into them. We had a good day out there anyways.

Opps, you are right. Sometimes there are fish around and sometimes there arent around.

MJ, yes, you are hilding a green pig. :p Anyway, you are right about it. I forgot that the fish actually move around. I'll keep it in my mind.

And Notaro,

they move around by the minute. Be patient, keep casting. Keep the mantra of the consistent, yet varying retrieve. Slow, slow. A twitch here, a little speed there. Slow. Fish it right up to the waters edge, etc.

if that isn't working then changes lures. Change casting angles. Observe the wind, tide, line tension. It all adds up.

You will kick butt !

:D

Alright, I will. Of course, not catching any keeper from the shore yet isn't the end. Besides, I enjoy fishing than staying home.;)

John R is right.

I live in hull and I just got back from MV. After listening to 21 messages about fishing here in hull I can guaranty there are no fish here:smash:
