Not too hard to do. likwid 10-16-2003, 08:04 PM 1/4" marine plywood some epoxy some strapping for reinforcement and paint build it the size/shape you need epoxy all the peices screw it all together epoxy again punch the holes you need epoxy again (fill like mad... you want this to be totally waterproof) attach mount electronics MakoMike 10-17-2003, 06:49 AM Jim, make it as light as you can, you don't want to put too much weight on that T-top and start breaking welds! I would probably go with some type of foam for a shape and then several coats of glass mat and epoxy to make the structure. JohnR 10-17-2003, 09:35 AM Here is an interesting article on making custom fiberglass panels but like MakoMike said - you want to stay light. One option is to huny Ebay for one of those Todd boxes. I have one on mine and they are made of a lightweight HDPE and are not as heavy as glass... http://www.rtol.net/scornell/HowTo.htm vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
