Fished the Quicks Hole area yesterday. Were did all the scup go?? Only manged to get about 10 for live linning?? Tryed all the spots for them??
Well we got 4 Bass from 26 to 38 inches (no scale on the boat :smash: ) Also got some BIG Blue fish. I would say to 15 + pounds!! Got one 36" long!
Picked up some keeper size Black Sea Bass, nothing big like we got this summer.
All and all a nice day! A bit chilly out there inthe AM :err:

Nope I went out of Woods Hole this time. I was thinking that if the bass was slow I might try for some Tog, but never did.

Hey MJ what time were you there? I buzzed thru around 8:30 on my way to Devils Bridge. Came back and fished around 11:00. Saw guys hand lining scup out there, looked small. lotta slammer Blues. Did you see the huge flock of Loons ( I think) between Gay Head and Cuttyhunk, thousands of em.

I left woods at about 6am and got back in about 11:30 or so.
I stayed right out front of Quicks & Robertsons most of the time. We were wire linning a bit then live scup drifting.

I told you we need SB.COM Flags on are boats!!:D

That's what I did Sunday off Bassmasters googan pier :D

If you tied a ten pound tog tail-to-tail with a ten pound striper the striper would drowned in about 5 minutes . . . now if tog only grew to 50 pounds

My name is Kevin and I am a rail yam . . .

There was a Tautog tourney last weekend. There were about a dozen boats around Great ledge on my way out. Went across instead, probably last time this year.

I can tell you guys that fish the stone pier down there, go to the end, look at a 45 degree angle to the left and cast out 100-130' and you will find a pisser hole there, Everytime I go by there I point it out on the fishfinder to someone fishing there to givem a better chance of hooking up. Some SERIOUS fish in that hole everytime I'm there.....
