got a live liner 5600 for plugs and bait on a 9 spinfisher big game surf rated 1-5, but am looking for a better chunk rod. Is the sealine suitable for this (10' 3-6oz)

For chunking you may want to consider the SLX902HRS this is a shorter and more stout rod. For throwing sand eels over the outer bar there is the 11ft. The posibilities are endless. Bucko's Parts and Tackle in NB has all that stuff. Or can order it. JohnR 10-29-2003, 09:02 AM Also look at the new Tica sticks - I do not own one but have checked them out. They are getting great reviews including from Daiwa Sealine owners. Same $$ range. Weekapaug carries them, Sportsmans Den in Quincy, and numerous other shops... vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
