Can this possibly be true? West southwest for the next 5 days....What is this world comming to.......I told her that last weekend was the last time for the year..........I was wrong, but she was right.......time to go.

I'll be fishing till Thanksgiving for sure. I hope my gear holds up till then.

Yup... that's why is time for new gear. Just picked up yet another spinning reel for jigging the canal. Can't hurt to have a couple of backups, just in case.:D

Average water temps in November are higher (50-55 deg) than in May-June.

Can you say scared of cold weather fishing ?

Wear some warm clothes, have the patience that you show in Summer and prepare to hook up. Don't horse em', tire them out and then pull em' ashore.

No sob stories that way ;)
