Thanks fishweewee 10-29-2003, 07:26 AM Sure, just get a Penn 706z. :laughs: Could give Bucko's in Fall River a try. http://www.buckoparts.com -WW rwilhelm 10-29-2003, 09:00 AM Does anyone have a picture without the bail of a Penn ss series? macojoe 10-29-2003, 09:18 AM I never saw one?? Steve K 10-29-2003, 09:27 AM The Surfcaster sells them for $5. hooked 10-29-2003, 09:48 AM Here's a pic of a 7500SS with a manual pickup. Moron_Saxatilis 10-29-2003, 10:29 AM Thanks, You guys are top shelf. I'm a flyfisherman wanderig into serious surf-casting this year for more big-un's. That and laziness setting in.:laughs: Moron_Saxatilis 10-29-2003, 11:08 AM You guys are top shelf. I have been lurking here for quite some time. Mostly for entertainment but have learned much. I'm a fly/kayak/surf guy progressing on each level and enjoying it. Fishweewee is my favorite. My last post was a a farewell to Roger in the 6th inning or so of game 7 and I would like to apologize for jinxing them. I should have known better. On 10/27/86 (my 21st b-day) my Navy buddy and I witnessed the loss and afterwards I tried to convince him to join me for a consolation drunk at the Petty Officer's Club at the 32nd St. Naval Station in San Diego. He opted not too and I insisted. After a headlock and a chase through a parking lot we both ended up with 50+ stictches when our legs tangled in the parking lot pursuit. fisherman jim 10-29-2003, 04:41 PM I like the way the bail-less 7500ss looks,,,got to try that on mine,, can that be done on a 704z? Christian 10-29-2003, 05:08 PM you can buy conversion kits for 704z's, like 5 bucks. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
