I'm getting that send don't send error message in Explorer when going from page to page. The error has something to do with the toolbar.dll error reads Explorer has encounted an error ModName: toolbar.dll. I'm constanly getting kick out of Explorer any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are having problems go to control panel Add/Remove programs and click on Internet Explorer.

You'll have an option to REPAIR it.
