Sturdier think like 30-40 studs per foot and they only 59 bux, and they are built tougher + you get that 100 % satisfaction ll bean warrantee. :D Your pm box is full there chief.;) Nebe 11-28-2003, 06:09 PM Empty... like my plugbag after a bloo attack! Do you mean the ll bean wading boots or the lace up sandals?? I remember you telling me about those a while back. Nebe 11-28-2003, 09:20 PM Vic, I checked out what you were talking about, and I see your talking about the sandals.. they do look nice, but I'm talking about boots. My waders are stoking feet ones, so I gotta get boots, and the korker boots have interchangable soles so you can have a felt bottom, a studded felt, studded rubber, etc. blackeye 11-28-2003, 11:01 PM don't forget the ribbed soles, for her pleasure:D Nebe 11-28-2003, 11:02 PM I prefer eel skins with the receptical end  :D blackeye 11-28-2003, 11:24 PM sicko Slingah 11-29-2003, 12:54 AM The boots sound like a cure all...Any good???? Got boot? MightyMouse 11-29-2003, 01:18 PM How are the LL Bean one's sized? Would you need to wear extra socks if you planned to only wear them under splash pants and jeans or something? Tagger 11-29-2003, 09:08 PM Newelly's got LL Bean boots with spikes..(not sandals) There the best I've seen ..When I'm rich I'm gonna get some.. MightyMouse 11-30-2003, 07:11 PM Hmmm... so the LL Bean's are break-the-bank jobs... not good:smash: Nebe 11-30-2003, 10:07 PM My problem with the Bean boots is that they are leather, and we all know what leather does when its exposed to salt water. But... there is that lovely 100% warranty. Bean ones are someting like 150 bucks with studded aquastealth soles, and the korkers are 125 bucks with a pair of rubber soles and a pair of felt soles, studded rubber (like the sandals)are 30 bucks. So its pretty much a wash, but the beans have the 100% warranty. I guess I'm going with the beans. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
