Good news for deals butn I have always seen that they are consistently higher priced for most tools.

Not surprised they are all done. The store in Hyannis was so so....

all you had to do is ask for a price match. they wouls give you the lowest price any where. and if it was over $200 and you put on their card you got another 10%

Mike,

you are right about that. I just was always blown away how much some of the tool were compared to Tools on sale, etc.

They were pretty good about trying. I guess mail order must have spelled the end of them, eh ?

years ago I used to go in there because they had the complete line of freud router bits. Every time I went in I would spend at oleast 50 bucks on blades et.c.. A few years ago they started only carrying the top 5% moneymakers. Thats when I switched to mail order. Good Riddance. tough luck for the guys who work there . I hope you all find new jobs soon.

I went to the Hanover store the other day and the sales were only 10% off. That left them still higher than many other sources. I will say that other products like stains and coatings were 25% off and they had some System Three clear coat epoxy that I bought. Got some plugs to finish off. At the back of the store, they had some used tools. Not sure if they were repairs or most likely demos. I asked the sales person how much? "Full price, less the 10% advertised sale.":af: was the response. I asked him if he was sure about that. He just shrugged his shoulders.
