Yea, it's build like a Pikie ( .it's all I know right now!)..but without the Pikie nose completed. Kinda does what you would think. It doesn't nose dive like a pikie but does stay up top with a nice wiggle. I even used the NJTackle Pikie2 lip on it. Love dem tings! Looks kinda like a balloon your tring to pull under as you swim...know what I mean?

Thanks, but NO! Paint is easy and fun. I hope to pickup an airbrush but till then I still use the Duplicolor Acrylic Laq.
It's compatable with enamels and blends great when wet. See the silver head on the xperiMeNtAl? That is simply the same blue frost metalic that you see on the back only its sprayed over wet bright red. I love playing with that stuff. You also don't get too much in speckles like you do when you use enamel spray paint. These cans are meant to be sprayed on a car so the mist is very fine and you can turn the tiny nozzle on the tip of the can to alter the direction of your spray pattern. It's not as good as a DA airbrush but it is giving me good results. Oh and don't ferget. Laq dries fast and HARD! You get a run in the painted plug and you can wet sand it out within 10min.
Do not spray this stuff without some fresh air! :yak4:

One thing to remember. The Laquer might melt the plastic mesh used to make scales. I never really had any luck that way. Enamel works good but the Laq kinda has a way of softening the first coat then it get soft. It does dry quick and hard but when it gets soft it gives the mesh a chance to settle into the nice paint.
Just a heads up...don't make my mistake!
