Two championships in three years is a Dynasty in my book! Carolina (John Foxx) made a huge error in going for two two point conversions and missing them both.....had they taken just the extra points on those two touchdowns......they would be champions tonight! Pats overcame and kept their cool.....what else is new! :gu: :uhuh: :buds: :jump: fishaholic18 02-01-2004, 11:43 PM PAT'S #1 Again!     Raven 02-01-2004, 11:45 PM talk about an edge of your seat game...... unbelievable atta boy Adam Vinaterri super bowl winner with a kick x 2 Got Stripers 02-01-2004, 11:53 PM What a nail bitter, great game, unbelievable finish, but what else would we expect from this bunch of guys. Adam started slow, but what a way to redeem yourself. BigBo 02-02-2004, 12:24 AM GS, I know what you mean. I've got no fingernails left.:err: :hidin: :rotf2: :rotf2: :buds: :buds: This is one incredible team and coaching staff!:thanks: Patriots for the best season ever!!!!!!!!!!!! scoobe 02-02-2004, 12:43 AM  BasicPatrick 02-02-2004, 01:07 AM Jambalaya baby:happy:   Takin Tuesday Off to take the kids to a Parade:grins: :grins: :bounce: :bounce: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: JohnR 02-02-2004, 01:24 AM :buds: Goose 02-02-2004, 01:24 AM It sure feels good to be a NewEnglander! Caffeine fisherman 02-02-2004, 02:10 AM Bob Kraft made a good point. It really is amazing to with all those injuries and still win 15 in a row. Hey did you see that commercial with everybody asking the Willie Nelson doll for advice. All these people would ask the doll for advice and then pull the string. Willie would then give an agreable answer like "fine with me" or "I'm down with that" The last scene is a big huge baseball brawl and there is Don Zimmer in the dug out asking the doll if he should go out there and give them a shellacking. :rotf3: :rotfl: :rotf2: UserRemoved1 02-02-2004, 07:38 AM yeeehaa I think if Vinateri missed that last kick he would been lookin for a new job today :D fishweewee 02-02-2004, 08:23 AM Sure started awful slow. Definitely wound up being an edge-of-the-seat game, though! MAC 02-02-2004, 08:31 AM As I type this with bloody stumps for fingers....... great game, and with draft picks next year watch out. As a side note not to detract from their victory, that QB Delhomme (?) is going to be scary. maddog2020 02-02-2004, 08:41 AM Great game! :D I'm typing one handed with my right thumb. Both teams showed a lot of heart. :) fishaholic18 02-02-2004, 08:42 AM Champs again!!!!    scarecrow 02-02-2004, 08:50 AM Hell Yeah Patriots rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!           rwilhelm 02-02-2004, 09:09 AM That was an unbelievable game, I think it was the best Superbowl I have ever seen. Flaptail 02-02-2004, 09:11 AM Oh my achin' head! I think it might a been a different ending if Carolina had twwo more minutes. Did anybody see Ty Law in that game? fishaholic18 02-02-2004, 09:14 AM I probably saw Ty Law twice the whole game. That means he was doing his job. Carolina didn't have the balls to throw to his side.:D Rappin Mikey 02-02-2004, 09:16 AM I'm just happy I saw the half-time show. Go Janet! beachwalker 02-02-2004, 09:29 AM Ty Law ? Played well but got beat on a key TD late. Carolina has some FAST receivers man ! The INTERCEPTION< ruled INCOMPLETE, should have been a TD was BS. If the Pats Lost the game we would NEVER stop talking about it. HE WAS GONE ! TD ! GAME BLOWN WIDE OPEN ! what a relief.......... :) Saltheart 02-02-2004, 09:30 AM Great Game! One of the most exciting I've ever seen. chris L 02-02-2004, 09:38 AM I expected no less ! it started out slow but the bud commercials made up for it . The best was the handsome cab . " and bud liight .... bbbbrrrppp .......... do you smell bar-b-q ?" beachwalker 02-02-2004, 09:41 AM that was unbelievable :smash: :laughs: :laughs: :laughs: did you catch the back door theme for two of those bits ? Slipknot 02-02-2004, 09:42 AM GREAT GAME YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!   :D :D Adam comes thru in the clutch :btu: Saltheart 02-02-2004, 09:49 AM I liked the farting horse and the old couple where he trips her and she grabs his teeth!! :) Karl F 02-02-2004, 10:04 AM I liked the Tostito one.. the guys from the wedding party crammed in a closet in the church, watching the game on TV, bride rushing around the church looking for them.. barges in, "Cool, the games on" closes door, jumps on the grooms lap and starts watchin' and munchin chips... best man, goes, "Swore I wouldn't cry, but, you are one lucky man" sob, sob, sob,... My wife goes.... "Yeah..... Right" Then the bud one on the referee's, how they learn to stay focused while getting verbally abused... gotta another comment from da wife... can't repeat here :D Anyway, YES, PATS! Who da ya think will be the first to go.. get traded etc. Gonna be some new faces next year.... Mr. Sandman 02-02-2004, 10:41 AM I am not much of a pro football fan but I have to say it was a great game...Talk about a pressure field goal kick...jezzz. vineyardblues 02-02-2004, 10:46 AM Thanks for a great game :) VB Slipknot 02-02-2004, 10:49 AM Even with the calls going against the Pats, they pulled it out anyway. Fauria was robbed of a TD pass that clearly showed his feet were down in bounds, and that fumble that was called an incomplete pass was certainly a catch, he had possession and made a football move by taking a step or two. VINITIERI FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!! Skitterpop 02-02-2004, 11:03 AM What a great game.....Congrats to the Pats for perservering once again....The Panthers did a great job and almost won. Wow! What a thriller....Thanks to the Pats and Panthers. Mike :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: :bgi: Diamond Tackle 02-02-2004, 11:36 AM Congratulations Pats and all the fans. This was without a doubt One one of the best superbowls I have EVER seen. They earned their title. hq2 02-02-2004, 04:32 PM Since I now live in Boston, I rooted for the Pats, but since I'm from North Carolina, I'm proud of my Tar Heel boys for putting up a good fight! Thanks for one of the best Super Bowls of all time!:D Goose 02-02-2004, 04:42 PM Offensive line gave up 0 sacks in the playoffs! What are they're names mmmmmmmmmmm. I give'em BIG PROP's....stainless:D chris L 02-02-2004, 04:49 PM carolina played a good game . they have nothing to be a shame of . its not like they lost against a bad team . they kept the pats in close and palyed cleanly . I thought it was a good game not a great game but a well played game on both sides . they will get their chance to go to Disneyalnd and the white house one day . Mike P 02-02-2004, 09:56 PM That last TD wasn't Law's fault. The nickel back (#22, dunno his name) was supposed to pick the receiver up after Law. It was a case of blown coverage. justplugit 02-02-2004, 10:32 PM Great game--The best team won---Congrats PATS! Junk halftime, keep ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPER commercials. :D Codfather 02-02-2004, 10:43 PM Do I hear dynasty? vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
