Best Fish Club I have found is a 16 inch Hammer Handle. The head end has that grip like on it and the handle end can give what ever you hit with it a hell of a hurt. I know cause one night when it was rough as hell I missed the fish and hit my leg with the club. My shin ached for a week.

The Pioneer Valley Surfcasters is another club and they meet in Agawam, Ma. I think they meet every month and always have a guest speaker of some sort.
