I bought a 2004 Parker 23 SE about 5 weeks ago. She is still being built so no new pictures yet. Parker promised she will be at the dealership by the end of March and I should have her a few weeks later. She has a Yamaha 200 four stroke, t-top etc. I will post a few pictures then.

Until then it's - www.parkerboats.net

Geez you guys are killing me with all these new boats.
Nice rigs:D

I guess I'm a low budget boater, and I'm a bit of a not so grown up gearhead at heart.
And I got a wife whose under the impression that things like college tuition are more important than boats

So, I got me a 30 year old boat and an 18 year old engine - cheap.
A little glass, paint , wire etc. etc. - some time, some beers - and I have me a fishing boat :)

And it's paid for:cool: http://www.classicseacraft.com/Sirotnak23console.jpg

Some great boats here guys, I love the SeaCrafts, and GF that Mckee looks great with the yellow hull. I thought about the dark blue hull for mine, but with bottom paint I think it might have looked odd.

A nice surprise I got when I checked the mail today, my 210 is on this weeks cover of "The Fisherman" magazine. It's going to be a long 4-5 weeks I think...:(

I'm looking for a slip on Narragansett Bay. If anyone knows of Marinas w/slips let me know!

B-assman
02-20-2004, 06:18 AM
I believe my marina has slips available. East Greenwich Marina - It's wedged between 20 Water St and The Harborside Restaurant in EG. The place changed owners last year and the docks have been redone so they're in pretty good shape.

The only downside is parking. There is a new restaurant there (Table 21 - run by the folks who run Mills Tavern in Providence) and parking is Valet only - if you go there after work on a nice day - you can't park to get to your boat! Luckily nobody is at the restaurant at 4am when I'm usually heading out so it's not an issue for me most of the time ;-)

Ron,

You need some kind of image program. THere are some shareware programs that will do the basics, like resizing.

If you can't find one, imaging programs are as cheap as 20$.

I may have a sharware program you will be able to use.
Let me look around.

I was going to get one in the spring I had not made up my mind over the I/O or Outboard version.

Then last fall I got a good deal on a HydraSport 212

I can not wait to use it more, so far I am happy with it, but I have only used it about 6 times in the ocean.

Notice how he took the "Ba" out of basic and made me promise not to call her basic boat!

This winter I will- Replace floor, replace console, replace/repair bow rail, add leaning post, and probably more.

How about a plug (no pun intended) for the tin boat guys. Just finished paying for two college educations, one more to go. Hope to have my dream boat in 4 years.

In the meantime my son and I have a blast fishing the Westport River in our tin boat. The most fuel we use is 2.5 gallons. We have been able to catch our share of keepers.
