I was amazed at how many of the MSBA Annual Derby/Banquet award winners last night were from this site.....Fisherwoman, BasicPatrick, Swimmer, Chubsdad, Capt. Mike B from Ave Maria, Joey G, Slingah, Son of Van, even BigFish! Bobbike, BEETLE, and Baitcaster garnered club jackets for their dedication and service. Others in attendance were Flatts1 MSBA VP, Van the man, Topwater and Fishchick the clubs Derby Chair. Had a great time with all you guys, lets do it again next year!:claps: :kewl: :buds:


A huge apology goes out to Squid Kids Dad due to the fact that I missed him at the banquet the other night and forgot to list his name here.....sorry SKD! (I feel like such an idiot):smash:

SKD...my apologies, I must not have seen you, again I am sorry. Mostly sorry I missed you the other night.....great time though. Thanks very much for the kind words SKD....my son won the half day charter w/Capt. Roger Brousseau, we will be going with Bob Sullivan (don't know if you know Bob from the club, very nice guy) and also his grandson. My son won the same trip last year as did Vans son Jimmy so Van and I and the kids had a great time. My son was just as thrilled as he could be that he won again....he really loves to fish with his Dad....its the best! Again, sorry I missed you the other night SKD.:wave:

Bigfish...No problem..I was only joshing you...Your son looked very excited when he won...Thats what its all about..My son is 21 now..Used to go with me alot..But me thinks he is chasing another type of fish lately...To be that young again: :rolleyes:
