I usually figure that keepers are here at right around 50.. rats are way before that... late march...

they're inching up, 38 degree readings from marshfield to the powerplant today.

50 has always been the magical number but we caught fish lower than that 2 winters ago on Narragansett. Water was 42 and there were fish inside Salt Pond
