where is the best place to install the lip to keep the plug swimming on top, high on the face or low on the face?

Normaly the lip goes at midpoint in the body, if you want it to stay up high you just bring the wire thru very low on the body, as opposed to a diver ,then you bring the wire loop out up towards the middle. Simple see :)
