I heard saturday from a guy I know from up there named "chainsaw" that Nelsons is going to be closing.

Anyone else here this?

I'll tell ya I am not surprized. while talking with some of the reps from the companies you would be shocked at how many shops are just making it.:( I think your going to see a lot going no on the cape with in a year.

I would have guessed that it would have had more to do w/ the change in ownership. I tried the phone # a week ago, and the recording said that it had been turned off at the owners request, but today the phone just rings and rings. It must have been turned back on.

it was last year but a little birdie said the new owners were going to keep it a tackle shop. Things can change .....but I hope not....:(

I heard that too.

The guy I heard it from is a regular up there and is always hanign out in the shop when hes not fishing with jack.

So if he says its gonna close, it is gonna close.

Its to bad that place was awesome.

A good buddy of Redlites works there....maybe he can find out?:huh:

Just got the WORD 5 mins. ago THEY are not CLOSING. They will Open April 10 th weekend. And be on limited hours till the season begins.....They also put in a NEEDLEFISH order :D :happy: Happy days are here AGAIN.....
