Showed up with a removable cast on his leg (achilles tendon) probably render him absolutely useless this season, you watch!:af: :af: :af:

The sunny side of that will be I won't have to watch him play with his wrist bands every pitch!!!

That's OK. Pokey is a better SS anyway, defensively.

Yeah, the wrist thing and the toe taps drive me nuts.

Nohit for spring training too, thanks Mia. As it is he doesn't want to be here. Trade him to somebody for some more pitching!:smash: :smash:

Nomar is a hell of a player. His slump last year was a killer, but if toe taps and tightening batting gloves produce these kind of numbers I hope the whole team start doing the same thing.

Average career stats:
Years - 5.73
Games - 162
AB - 665
RBI - 117
HR - 30
AVE - .323

Plus when do professional athletes play best?
When their contract is up!

I'm not saying Nomar isn't a great player, he is. But there's no way he's gonna sign with the Sox again. And he's injury prone. I say trade him while we can. Don't need another Mo Vaughn- Roger Clemens fiasco.
