View Full Version : "UNDER GOD"
Fly Rod 03-24-2004, 09:06 PM Here is a guy, Michael Newdow attacking our "Pledge of Allegiance an American tridition, suposedly on the behalf of his daughter. The daughter and mother are both christians, believe in "GOD" and likes the pledge of allegiance and does not mind saying it allowed.
This scum bag who is atheist [I have nothing wrong with ones believe] using his daughter whom he never sees or has any interest in her well being is using her as a scape goat to sue to have the words "Under God" removed from the Pledge of Allegience
The supreme court hopefully will throw this out.
mikecc 03-24-2004, 09:26 PM thats just the beginning. :smash: soon you will not be able to swear on the bible in court and all the US money will have to be reprinted to take off In God We Trust
Burn him at the stake............that is part of history and tradition. Screw all this political correctness
Homerun04 03-24-2004, 10:40 PM He is going to have a much worse fate then burning at the stake if he keeps denying the existence of God....not the "being" you want to mess with IMO.
Slipknot 03-24-2004, 11:00 PM Pandoras' box? :smash: :smash: :smash:
Goose 03-24-2004, 11:06 PM The worst moment for the atheist is when he feels thankful and has no one to thank.
We have to respect all people. I know athiest that good people, better then most, but their not going out of their way to change what has worked for thousands of years.
I wonder sometimes...of all the hard issues in this world that need help, we have people like this guy and PETA people who can't think of anything else better to do. Sad, they are true losers.
Atheism: a non-prophet organization
God does not believe in atheists... :laughs:
In order to claim you are an atheist, you must assert that you know absolutely everything that there possibly is to know.
Because if it's possible that there are things atheists don't know about, God could be hiding right there!
An atheist doesn't want to see God anymore than a thief wants to see a police officer!
These people crack me up! :laughs:
When people tell me that they are atheists.... .
I say... Prove It!... :laughs:
BigFish 03-25-2004, 08:55 AM These people tick me off!!!:af: :af: :af:
What's more ridiculous than atheists, are the bonehead liberal Supreme Court Judges that would be willing to bend an ear toward them!
Especially true of the 9th Crcuit Court who upheld the decision to remove "under God" from the pledge!
9 out of 10 americans in a poll taken yesterday stand for the pledge "under God"...
Why they are willing to listen to this nutcase is beyond me!
If it's not boneheads like this guy, it's liberal Supreme Court Judges who are undermining the foundation that made the United States a Great Nation!
We the poeple need to invoke our Constitutional Right to impeach some of these Supreme Court Judges!...
The Dad Fisherman 03-25-2004, 09:01 AM And not ot mention his poor daughter is probably going to go through hell at school.....If I'm remembering correctly kids can be pretty cruel.
If you don't agree with the phrase then just don't say it....Don't force your opinions on everyone else. I mean if you don't like what's on TV or the radio you just change the station. No ones forcing you to say it.

These people tick me off!!!
agrees with BF
FishermanTim 03-25-2004, 11:38 AM If by some fluke this idiot actually does win, why not make HIM pay for the removal of"under God" from all structures, literature and have HIM pay to have ALL our money re-minted. That will definitely shut his cake hole.
All athiest believe in GOD at one point in their life..... when they are about to DIE!
They pray like crazy to make up for all their prior "mistakes".
Me, personally, I believe as George Burns quoted in the movie "Oh, God!"
....."God is playing to an audience that is afraid to laugh."
