All of these companies are outsourcing their customer service departments overs seas. These people can barely speak a word of English. I have had to make a number of calls to HP to get my new wireless all in one printer working. I still have one problem with it though. I just spent 80 minutes on the phone with some boob over in INDIA. After explaining my problem to him 5 times he still could not figure it out. He wanted to send me the technical manual (which I already have) for me to figure it out myself. :af: I told him if I could have figured it out myself I would not have called you, and certainly not spent the better part of 1 hour on the phone with him. I then told him to get a supervisor on the phone. After ten more minutes on hold, a supervisor picked up, said his best technician was on the phone with another customer, and would call me back in 20 minutes. :af:
It is time we as consumers send a message to there greedy overpaid ceo's that enough is enough. I want my customer service coming from an AMERICAN. Less money in your pocket, screw you and your Yacht, roman holiday or ten mistresses. Put the money back into the pockets of AMERICAN FAMILIES.
