Stopped by M&D's (Mikecc) this afternoon and my friend and I picked up some rod & rod/reel combos. Thanks Mikecc. Just getting home now, what a great night! Fishing was hot and the beverages were cold! The later it got, the bigger the stripers were. Between the three of us (my brother, friend and I), we caught 6 keepers and countless schoolies. Most on Storm shads, Calcutta Flash Shads and Jigs. Met "Canaljigger" a few nights ago and he was there again tonite with a buddy fishing from a canoe. They also caught a handful.
