Thats not to bad. Its pretty believable, look at how many seals live around there and great whites main food source is seals. Put 2 and 2 together it is believable. At least it pushes the stripers to the shoreline!!! lol.

Are seven adults offshore in a 20 foot boat as dangerous as an alleged great white??
Rather than searching out alleged great white sharks to "most likely shoot them" (hello!!! do the terms food chain, predator/prey, ecological balance ring a bell?) might the Harbormaster be more cognizant of encouraging boater safety.
How in the world could seven guys in a 20 foot boat even move around if they got fish on???
