Check this bridge out.
This bridge is half under the water, for ships to pass and then again, it comes out on the other side. Truly a marvelous piece of engineering!
This bridge is between Sweden and Denmark ... Picture taken from the side of Sweden.

That's right! An incredible engineering marvel.
Speaking about marvels, the TV show Modern Marvels did a show on that bridge. Very interesting episode!!! ;)
Steve, don't you mean under it :D

Cal....well first over it, and then under it, then over it again, and then under it, and then over it......;)
Okay, so the CBBT has three sections of bridge/causeway, and two tunnels.
Mike.....on the CBBT, at the south end of the south tunnel, they have a parking lot, resturant and gift shop, and a fishing pier.

Underwater bridge??? What do you Rhode Island guys call an over-the-water tunnel ?
The one time I travelled across the chesapeake bay bridge/tunnel, a nuclear submarine was just going across the entrance to the tunnel as we went down the ramp. So I can honestly say I've driven under a nuclear sub:D
