I spoke to him about a problem I had with a plug I bought. Well, I must say, that this GENTLEMAN couldn't have been more professional! Without even knowing whether or not I bought the plug from him, he was willing to contact whoever was necessary in order to replace it...... UNBELIEVABLE! As it turns out I did purchase the plug from Joe, and I just received the replacement....free....no questions. THANK YOU Joe! I will be doing more biz with you in the future. You stand behind your products and your words. :)
