Is this the "Reading the Water" book that has been so hard to find?

I bought it, and it's been a pretty cool reading so far. Best while relaxing and not fishin', lots of good stories.

I bought it off the Surfcasting site at the following URL
http://www.surfcasting-rhodeisland.com/

and you can't go wrong, pretty fast delivery, May I say so...

It has been re-printed in paper back. That is a second edition.
The first edition was the sold out years ago, post died, and eventually it was reprinted (this year). Prior to the reprinting, the first edition become a collectors item and became costly and hard to find. Now you can get the paperback copy for next to nothing.

It is a good book about people who have fished the vineyard for years. Post was a dentist here and liked to fish and knew many of these folks. It is not really about "reading the water" only in an indirect sence thru these people.

As good as it is, I was disappointed when i finally got my hands on a copy as I had heard most of these stories already. No matter it is entertaining...not a how to book but it was a must have in my collection.
