if we can get a charitable organization to sponsor this idea the organization will get a percentage of the costs of the plates.

are there any saltwater specific non profit organizations that would be able to sponsor this idea in mass???


also we would need several plate suggestions which would need to be submitted to the registrar for approval..

otherwise we need a minimum of 3000 applicants and 100000 to get this idea going with out the assistance of a charitable organization.
