what braids wont dig in to your spool and wont cut your guides

p.s. i am thinking of swiching to braid for my spinning reel

All braids will dig into your spool if they're not wound on tight.

None that I know of will damage any type of ceramic guide.

Even mono will eventually groove the chromed wire guides.
