Been working at the same house since January.Today was the first day that I can recall it being overcast with SE winds and a high tide all at the same time during lunch. So I gave it a shot.

Casted at some nice rock piles and was into some great schoolie action. Not to many hookups because of the 1/2hr lunch but the potential is there for some great fishing.Virgin water and no way to get there except along the shore and its some ROUGH terrain.I HAVE TO get the owner's permission to park on his property after hours.

The best spots are always the hardest to get to... Less Pressure on the fish, less trash on the rocks, and better yet, less people knowing where you are fishing... and even better if you have permission to park there.

I would highly recommend a little old-fashioned brown-nosing to keep on the owner's good side, Norm - you know, drop off a fresh fillet now and again, offer to help with something around the property - maybe even offer to take their daughter out for a beer...

Okay alright, maybe that's a little too much - keep the fish for yourself and screw 'em, let 'em pay for their own work on the house.....:hihi:

My filets are his filets.Would love to take his daughter out for a cold one(she be hot!)but my women wouldn't like that!
On the serious side,I really need to take advantage of this situation.I look at this shoreline every day for months and only now it finally occurs to me to take full advantage of it.
