went fishing down at humarock around 11 pm sat nite.
about an hr into fishing the anti reverse on my reel goes to s*** and i notice a crack in the reel thats not allowing it to tighten so the anti reverse is broken. so i decide to continue fishing and i'd just hold the reel the whole time. 4-5 casts later(i was baiting) the line catches on the crack snaps the 30 pound test and takes the top piece of the 7' slammer with it!! all in all it was the worst fishing nite of my life. and to add insult to injury didnt catch a single bass between the 3 of us guys fishin =[

That's not so bad. Try falling off a rock couple times, bashing your shoulder hard enough on the last time so it doesn't want to move, then walk the mile back to the car to see that you broke the fall with the rod :smash:
