At what speed do you guys find most effective for trolling lures, for both Stripers and Blues?

its really dependant on the lure/where the fish are/what the conditions are


tube & worm you troll DEAD SLOW (popping into neutral now and then)
swimmers you run at a couple knots
umbrella rigs i've seen work up to 5 knots etc.
