Does anyone in here have any advice on how to do an eviction on some tenants? Tenants have been rude and are not going by what the lease says!:af:

I work at a law firm that specializes in Evictions...best thing to do is get a lawyer. If they have broken any stipulation in the lease, it is DEFINITE grounds for an eviction. But definitely get a lawyer first.

Good luck my friend.....the tenant has more rights than the owner!!!! Sucks but thats the cold hard truth!!! Get a real good lawyer and prepare to pony up the dough!:(

there is not much you can do than telling them that when the lease expires they need to find a new place to live..

come up with something like you want to renovate.. or need the apartment for a family member.. just don't say anything about them violating terms of the lease.. because if you start eviction.. then they stop paying rent.. a nd your out that money plus the court costs involved with evicting them.. plus the fact that they won;t care about trashing the apartment (or house).. and you'll be out that much more.. then to recoup the costs you have to lay out more money for court costs..

yes , the laws suck on evictions.. but you can still get them out with out looking like the bad guy..

good luck..

The house next to us had a woman squatting for 6 months and not paying any rent. She would just go to the Judge and cry for her children and he wouldn't let the owner kick her out.

We were so happy to see her go.

next time do tenancy at will
1)go to sherrif and pay the 35 clams to serve notice to vacate
2) PAY THE %#@%t#$@A SSHOLES TO LEAVE:af:
this state sucks we have no rights
there are full time Bags of slimy chit that go from place to place
You got to net work with another land lord to have a place for them to go....
only when they get there, the land lord is some one else:laughs:
