Been outside the harbor the last several days and been hitting blues between 6 -12 lbs outside around 3 1/2 fathom ledge to the BG bouy to the B- Bouy, just keep watching the water as they are slurpin little baby herring about an inch long all over the place.
Try top water, cotton cordel pensil poppers, zara spooks, or troll some #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& swimmers as they were the hot ticket last night. I will try and attach the picutes for ya. Dropped a nice blue right at the boat on the pink swimmer as the line parted and the swimmer went with the fish!!!! Get out there and get um.

yes ther are around Notaro, try fishing the back, fore, and town rivers, rumor has it that some have been in those area's also may want to try off wessagusset beach!!!
