As you all no I just bought a Brand New Trailer!! One tire got a 1/8 of inch screw in it and had a slow leak. I use to work with tires at a service station and have been fixing my own tires for 20 years!
Well i pulled the little screw out and installed a plug. Simple right?? NOT!!:af:

It was still leaking?? So I put another plug. Still leaking?? Well after 5 plugs still leaks!!!! The tire just riped everytime you added a plug!!

Ok I really want to fish tomorrow, off to the Zone and buy a tube. Break down the tire install tube and guess what,,,,, It F$$$ Leaked from the tube!!! :af: :af: :af: :af: :af: :af: :af:

Brand new trailer for worry free trailering at least for a short period NOT!!

So I call LoadStar tell them and they say well thats not a defect, you got a screw in the tire! But what about the ripping of the tire?? Must be a bigger screw then you thought!!

I wanted reach down the phone and choke the fool!!

Any way no new tire and I have to go get a new tire and I am losing a day fishing!!

Ok I have vented and No I do not feel better!! This is to be a good year with all the new stuff I have bought and it has been nothing but headachs!!

MJ, how the h$%$ did the tube leak? Bring the freekin tube back and get another. Worth a shot so u can fish.
I hear ya with junk trailers. The first year with my Venture, I hit a small pothole and one of the spring shackles flipped over and put the tire though the fender!:af:
Dealer didn't want to hear it!:af:
Fixed them cheezy u-bolt spring hangers with a welder.

Mike, I feel for ya. I hate it when it seems the world is conspiring against me going fishing. But back to reality, because it just won't do to have these problems consistently.
You need to have a spare anyway, so you might consider getting two good tires and saving the remaining Loadstar POS for a spare.

BTW, the tube might be leaking because of a piece of steel/rayon belt material pushed into the carcass when you put in the plugs. [I assume you removed all the plugs]
