They need to make the World series in order to see him next year.

He was handed a team that is supposed to be there in October. Anything else is unacceptable.

Grady got them to game 7 ALCS and he that wasn't good enough to keep him the following year. And in a side by side comparison I think Grady was a better manager than Francona has shown so far.
