There are no details but it seems at least one jet airliner has crashed into the World Trade Center buildings in NYC. There was something mentioned about a hijacking.

Both towers are on fire on the top 30 floors or so...

EVERYONE - please say a prayer for those that are in there, their families, and the rescue people that are trying to help.

Two 737 aircraft were FLOWN INTO the world trade center. This is a deliberate ACT.

Oh my god, I just saw an explosion. That is just awful. This so terrible , I can't believe it :(

Now in DC there is all kinds of smoke being shown on TV near the white house executive buildings . Fire at the pentagon.

Holy crap, are we Americans thet hated?

I just had to leave the TV for a while, because I'm sick to my stomach. I just can't believe what has happened. My prayers go out to those pour souls on the jets, in the towers, at the Pentagon, along with their friends and families.

What has the world come to? I hope they find out who is responsible for this unthinkable act, so our military can visit it back on them 1000 fold. Let's all hope this is the end and no more innocent people get hurt.

God help us all.

This is such a tragedy for this country and all of those families. There has just been a report of another plane that has been hijack and is heading right toward Washinton DC. One plane has already hit the pentagon, they are evacuating all other buildings in DC as we speak, the jet fighters are up and on alert.

The planes that hit the world trade center had been Hijacked from Logon Airport this morning.

Both tops of both trade centers have collapsed onto the ground.

May God be with all of those people and there families. We need to put them and our military in our prayers.

There has been one report that the Palestinians have claimed responsibility for this event.

Another plane has gone down in downtown Pittsburg *** they're saying that it did not go down in Pittsburg but just outside

sadness everywhere for the mothers and fathers and children

Everyone is calling everyone who lives or works near the terrorist sites or who travel who may have been on planes. Everyone is worried about their friends and loved ones.

All I see here on everyones faces is sadness. Its like no other event I've seen before. Deep sadness for innocent people hurt , dead or dying.

When the smoke clears , the deep sadness will turn to anger. People will rightfully cry for revenge.

Just letting everyone know that both I and my family are fine, none of us were in harm's way this AM. But, thousands of people just like me did the same things I did, dropped their kids at school like I did and kissed them good-bye with an "I love you" like I did, and please, if you will, say a prayer for those people and their families. It will turn out over the next few days that I or someone close to me knows some of those people.

I'm in shock! This will affect everyone personally, already I've heard from some people in the Coast Guard that they are getting shipped out. My daughter called from her school upset and at 16 she doesn't understand why or how this could happen? I'm saying a prayer for everybody.
