Teak/Mahogany/burlwood etc. If you need some teak (speaking of which) I got a ton of scraps that would be perfect size for laminating for plugs or maybe just turning needles straight out of. :hihi: Nebe 09-07-2004, 11:11 PM correct me if i'm wrong, but if you laminated your plugs with a dense heavy wood on one side and a light bouyant wood on the other, could you get away without using a belly weight? That's how my avitar plugs are made... no lead, so they're safe in California.;) Two thirds light, one third heavy... works everytime.
