I'm mostly a reader of the political threads, but I think "The Soapbox" really tells you what people would be doing there. Seeing as where a lot of the political thread contributors are from, maybe call it the "MassDebate" .

With having made those exaggerated suggestions I have no doubt that a negative opinion(at least to a liberal)has been formed of me.

Why do I think that...because that's exactly how I feel about them.Some of the comments made by a few people leads me to believe that they are borderline braindead and at the very least complete morons who'll believe anything they see or hear without question.

And that's why politics and fishing don't mix.

Forget a political forum.Why not just provide links to actual political discussion websites and heavily discourage any political banter here on S-B.
