just wondering what you guys thought of his comments

"We have been the cowards lobbing cruise missiles from 2,000
miles away," said Bill Maher, the host of Politically Incorrect.
"That's cowardly. Staying in the airplane when it hits the building,
say what you want about it, it's not cowardly."

He said that? That a$$!!! Militarily, it's a sin to fight fair. Offer up no advantage or even parity if you can. The jerks that flew those planes into those buildings may have had some stones to do what they did but to insimuate that the terrobastards were courageous? That's appalling....

I like to see counterpoint but that was just plain awfull. Personally, I WILL NOT watch his show and probably wouldn't do business with his supporters either... I'd like to see this drum him out of buisness too AND his producer...

The man is paid to play the devil's advocate. That's just what he does. He is the antagonist. Everything he says, is to either promote a debate or to promote his show. In my eyes, he's a lobbyist of sorts. He doesn't necessarily believe in what he says but he's paid to do a job.

Does he have a point? Not at all. Do you think it makes you more of man to stab a person, when you can shoot them? I don't. Either way it's death. At least when we fire cruise missles, it's in a time of war. We don't shoot cruise missiles at countries just because we don't like them. What Osama's group did is the equivalent of going out in the street and stabbing some innocent person in the back.

If he does believe what he says is right, let him get the hell out. He can go live in Afghanistan with his little suicide bomber friends. I bet they'd love an American over there.

I quit watching him when he made fun of Reagan's Alzheimers and said that having a retarded child was 'no different than having a pet dog"...
ughhhh

Even on the best days I find him only mildly amusing at most(that's when I bother to watch).

Tell you what: If he's more a mono-y-mono kinda guy, I'll pay for the parachute to drop him onto the front lines. Then we can see a real hero in action (not!).

If that's how he feels, then maybe someone should make him an offer to stand in the jetblast as a bomber takes off to deliver it's payload. http://forums.evilnet.net/ubb/smilies/angryfire.gif

I can't stand that liberal SOB. I have tried to watch that show several times but I find him to be such an ass I switch channels. My good friend Rush Limbaugh talks about this Maher matter here:

BTW, a cruise missle has a range of about 400 nm...no way can it hope to go 2000nm. An ICBM howerver can go just about anywhere you tell it to.

Maher is such an ass. He embodies the liberal hollywood opinion. Frankly I think he could have been part of this lastest attack just to get new material.

Hey, don't attack liberals. I am one and I think he's a jerk too. There is a difference between being a liberal and being Anti-America. Here's the difference between me and Bill. I'm a liberal because I see where this country can go. Bill is a liberal because he sees where HE can go. Not very liberal if you ask me.
