I fished for an hour or so but the lights on the canal went out. I stayed for another half an hour waiting for the lights to come back on but I decided to leave without the saftey of the lights ( even though I had plenty of lights with me.). There's something very humbling and wonderful about fishing in a stormy ocean . Your tins were mentioned in the reports in the fishermen and also in the saltwater edge report this week too Joe. Wish i woulda went out last night, almost did , but i had to be at work at 8am. Went tonight for 2 hours without a bump, wind died right down around 10:30. The surf was still pretty big too, water not too weedy.
