If you ask me they are getting out of control!
That combined with the most pathetic television coverage in years!!!! At some point you dont even know who is racing from week to week as they only mention a few drivers out of the 43 in the race unless they are involved in a wreck!

Its actually killin' me but the Dr said that typing would be a good finger movement to keep the tendons from stiffening up.
It hurts more to move the entire arm than it does to type.
All I know is for the next 4 wks I am not to lift anything heavier than 5lbs! Then I will start rehab I assume.

They have enforced that rule all year..they did it to Johnny Sauter as well so they are just keeping it consistent..it sucks but good for the Rousch guys
