Just got back from OB...AWFUL!!!
Fished everything in the bag and bait!!! Mikey got two blues.
It was so bad that I decided not even to fish dawn this am...Now I'm home and wide awake!!!

Lost a nice one Friday night just as I was getting ready to beach it.Bummer for me.

The fish are there but they are not showing on the surface. There does not seem to be a very good supply of bait around yet.

Outer Beaches gave me nothing last night.. I suck :smash:

I fished my ass off yesterday for 2 blues. Had friends in from Texas and wanted to shoe them how great the fall fishing was. Crap.

i put in a good 12 hrs yesterday/night for one rat blue :smash:

Seems to be a pattern here.....:rolleyes: a lack of fish not a lack of effort!:(

Killed them this morning, caught fish from 2:30 to 4, then they came in huge wave 5:30 - 8:15, all over the place, the bass were like blufefish., chasing bait on the shore. I landed at least 30 fish, my thumbs are raw. Most were 24" to 34". The biggest ones hit when it was light out.
I caught my first two-fer, one bass on popper, one on teaser at the same time.
Great morning, tons of bait too.....

fish r there,,just outside about a mile where they've been all year..along with all the bait.........blo:yak:fish from 3#'s to 10...dogfish....an of course bass 20 up to 30 .....lost the biggin, took almost all the backin off the 3/0, dang near took my arm off when she hit......she won in the end, pulled the hook........god I love jiggin.:D

1 striper and 3 bloos. Get it right! Got 1/2 dozen other fish this morning. Why'd you leave at 2:20am? Miss your girly sissy!

Caught the outging and went all over Narragansett Bay. Fished from 6am - 1pm

4 schoolies/6 Blooooo)_*%^$E$%@$#@#&^(*)) fish.

i know where the bass ain't.
IWhen does the rush start ?

Fished the back beaches friday night till sun up and then fished saturday night just past race city and back beach and NOTHING! no blues or bass. Only the second time I have been skunked.
