View Full Version : I hate my Direct TV

I've had it less than 1 month and hate it allready!!!
A little bit of wind the the picture has been going out for the past few days :af:
I'm ready to call the company and tell them to come pick it back up, but my wife tells me that during a phone conversation she had with them, they said we had to agree to a 1 year subscription,
but we never signed any contract agreeing to this.
Anyone else here had experience with this ?

no contract if it's not useable....call em up and complain... get it documented....if it ends up being a pissing contest it's best to document dates, names, etc.

So what would happen if you don't pay the bill?

Call them and tell to come pick up their crap..you not paying the bill anymore.

the court says You can't get something for nothing , but your not getting anything...

Ron what is your signal strength? Where is your dish mounted? Are there trees in front of it? I will send you a pm with my number feel free to give me a call tomorrow afternoon, maybe I can tell you what to do.

luv my directtv, can never go back to the !#@$ cable co.

you should get your dish and dish location checked.

everyone will have signal problems in a storm.
