How about those Bruins, oh wait.:laughs: Surfcastinglife 10-25-2004, 08:11 AM the celts will ruin it :P edit: next weekend will be better. sox taking the series in 6 and the pats makin it 22 in a row :D JohnR 10-25-2004, 03:47 PM I was thinking along these lines the past few days that we may be at the height of the Boston sports craze for a long time to come. 2.5 years ago we had our first Superbowl, we've had great Sox performance ending with that organ ripping loss in NY last year but redeemed with ANOTHER Superbowl with the Pats. The Pats are on a HUGE roll and now the Sox humiliate the Yankees (and that's being nice) and we're now sitting at 2-0 in the World Series... If the Sox win this and just imagine another Superbowl? This would defacto be the high watermark of sports, certainly in this town, we've yet come across - unbelieveable!!! 28inches 10-25-2004, 07:27 PM Enjoy it, guys. I remember the feeling. If the Celtics come out on top you guys can duplicate the NY year of '69 when the Jets,Mets and Knicks were all Champs. And make sure your little ones are aware of the whole thing and how happy you are right now.
