MSBA President BigFish 10-26-2004, 05:19 PM Sorry....BigFish gonna miss this one....especially if the Sox have a 3-0 series lead and tomorrow night could be the clincher! You are not gonna get me away from the tube!;) Bobbike....sorry for your loss my friend.:( new jack 10-26-2004, 07:38 PM what bigfish said!!:D Raider Ronnie 10-26-2004, 07:58 PM  thefishingfreak 10-26-2004, 08:00 PM i'm brining a 32" TV soze we can watch da game also. BigFish 10-26-2004, 08:09 PM I will be there pre-meeting to pick up some mail then its home to watch the game!;) fishermom 10-26-2004, 09:57 PM I would love to see the Red Sox take it tomorrow night  I haven't missed a playoff game yet. However, our club is also important. A guest speaker has already been reserved for the evening and now we have a very special raffle going on to help support a long time member. Arthur will keep us informed of the score throughout the evening. Shame on any e-board member who won't be there. (unless for a personal emergency). I certainly hope to see lots of members and lots of guests there. I am forgoing the game because I care about my club. What's more important, Red Sox taking the World Series or keeping fishing access open??? I would love to see the Red Sox take the series but I would also like to fish for many years to come..............Hope to see a great turnout tomorrow night. Slingah 10-26-2004, 10:49 PM I'm watchin the game....no meeting 4 me I think you need to go BF....the sox will never make it anyway:laughs: :laughs: YA RIGHT:D MikeTLive 10-26-2004, 11:45 PM C'mon --- game is at 8 mtg is at 7. get there, say hi, kick around for a while, then bail for the game. anyone have a tricked out vehicle we could watch the game in the lot? BasicPatrick 10-27-2004, 12:13 AM Ladies & Gentlemen...The MSBA Administrative Officers will attempt to move the meeting back one week to next Wed night. We should have an answer early in the morning. Please check back on the MSBA relay, this board, or the MSBA hotline for the potential announcement. The final decision will be made and announced by noon the latest. Bottom line is, it will not be fair for our guest speakers to come for very few members or to come and watch members huddled around TV's in the outer room. MikeTLive 10-27-2004, 12:24 AM I think that may be a wise decision. However, I still need to pick up a new poplar, canal plug.... frigin line snapped Gr... reelecstasy 10-27-2004, 07:26 AM I'll be there...and I like my chances in the raffle when I am the only one there:laughs: -Chris JohnR 10-27-2004, 09:56 AM It is official - the meeting has been rescheduled for NEXT week Bob - sorry to hear of your loss... flatts1 10-27-2004, 10:04 AM Ladies and Gentlemen, In light of tonight's potentially historic Major League Baseball event, we predict very low turnout for our regularly scheduled meeting. As a result, the MSBA meeting scheduled for October 27, 2004 has been pushed back a week to November 3, 2004. The originally scheduled speakers have agreed to reschedule as well. More Info: http://www.msba.net/news/0085.htm We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope that you can attend next week.
