The heavy surf shut down the fishing here all week. It will probably pick up for a little bit but theres fish in other places....east and west. There was a National Geographic Explorer show about it a few years back. They blindfold the rats and lash their feet together with a willow shoot. Bert an I would take a whole mink and rig it up with 6/0 trebbles off its back paws... it was a sight to behold. Then we got into the mink moritorium days and we would have to use kittens... boy, i tell you what, there was a lot of cryin kids in those days..
