I'll be in China for the next 3 weeks. Might be able to check in now and then. Good luck with the late season. Some Big fish caught this time of year.

Have a safe trip Mike. I was in Shanghai two years ago. Just don't try to drive over there. Big traffic jams every day.

Years back I had to travel through China once or twice a year for Otis. Stops inclided Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghi, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Amodium AD is allways a good thing to stock up on and bring along.

Been a week since I left home. Interesting. Started in ShangHai , a huge city , half as modern as any city in the world. half as old as any city in the world.

Now I'm in the boonies. Very different.

Your right about driving here. Don't do it!! They drive very agressively. Cars bikes scooters people and carts all on the road at the same time. No one wants to give way. red lights apparently mean nothing.

Rode in a bicycle taxi across a main intersection.....safer on the rocks at Hazard Avenue!! :)

No problem with the food so far. Been very careful though. Of course only using bottled water.

I miss seeing and talking to Smokey and wish we could have fished a little more this late fall.

I was amazed at the interest in the election here. big groups of common people all piled around monitors checking the internet for results. I never saw that much interest in American politics at home! These people really care and want to know about the USA.
