Hi Everyone,

I have already organized a group of diehard New England anglers to join me on a very special fishing expedition to Crocodile Bay Lodge in Costa Rica. There are still a few (only 10) openings for this March 15 – 22 safari. A number of members to this board have approached me in the past so I thought I would post this notice. Yes, this post has a little SPAM flavoring to it, but seeing how I’ll be sharing some of the most incredible underwater and topside action shots at the next Striped-Bass.com winter party, I don’t think John will object.

The dates mirror my last March visit with Dave DiBenedetto, who at the time was with Field and Stream and is now the editor of Salt Water Sportsman. We had a sensational trip with lots of sails and a wide assortment of inshore species…you’ll be able to read about it in an upcoming issue of F&S. On this upcoming safari you can expect to catch so many sailfish you’ll gladly opt for some inshore action with giant roosters and snappers. The weather is nothing short of perfect that time of year and it’s one of the best months of the year for sails.

I’m returning to Costa Rica in a couple of weeks and when I return I’ll post some new pictures. I’ll be introducing Captain Gary Corsetti to Mr. Rooster and I’m willing to bet we tangle with some trophy fish.

If anyone is interested PM me ASAP. These few opening will be gone within the next two weeks…and so will I :D :D :D

Mike
