looking to get a place for three nights for 4 - 5 guys. every place i have called or emailed has either not responded or said they are closed for the season. does anyone have any suggestions?

looking at a SW thursday turning to west to north with a chance of snow in November.... i'll be looking for the blitz. :eyes:

Try renting a house. Twin Maples closes fairly early in November.

Steve, i rented a house at the begining of October. more $$ than i needed to spend for a fishing house. all we need is a roof, shower, and kitchen. still looking. waiting to hear back from a couple more places. thanks for the help.

That's not a bad idea.-
T. we can tow your Love Wagon up from RIMS and get it onto the ferry somehow.- if it rolls.

would it pay to leave one truck on the island and then stay at the place right across form ferry dock in pt jude, since you have a few guys going? you still have to pay to cross as a passenger 2 times a day but this time of year it may cheaper than lodging on island , that is,if the place(forget the name) across from ferry lowers its rates.
