does the top one have hook hanger's? or swivels.

The top one is 7 1/4 long and has brass hook hangers. Bottom one is 6 3/4 long and has glass eyes. Both have been repainted..

The top one is a re-painted Cap'n Bills popper.

The flaptail is a Chas. Russo

I'd hang the Russo flaptail. The Cap'n Bill's popper would be fair game to fish.
