well, if 7 out of the 10 mill actually goes to buy up watershed land around BB that is pretty good and 2 goes into a fund to future cleanup unknown offender spills that is also good.

I am a huge skeptic when it comes to money that comes along like that......it just never seems to get where it is supposed to go!:smash:

Read the article though...the guys who CONTROL the money are the FEDS and the board can spend the money ANYWHERE on the east coast...like NC or NJ or even FL...
